    Hi all
I'm at my wits end. Vodafone has been issuing me with a bad credit rating since 2019, and I can't get to the bottom of the problem.
I've called umpteen times to try to resolve this issue, but they keep coming back with more and more elaborate lies. I pay by direct debit, and have always done so. I've been a customer with them for around 20 years. They have admitted that my account is clear, but have still not resolved the issue. I called again to day and they are now saying that I owe them a bill of £41, yet when i called last week they told me that they owed me £5.60?
I just dont know where to go from here. They wont put me through to anyone that could possibly sort this out.
Can anyone suggest what I can do, going forward!
    Thanks.
The post directly above yours lists the email address for the CEO’s office. Write to this email and head it ‘complaint’. Be concise and confirm what you want them to do to resolve the matter. Good luck.

You're not going to get anywhere by calling, the people you speak to on the phone are not authorised to do anything and as you've found out will not pass you through to anyone who can. They are incredibly difficult to communicate with considering communication is their business.
The only way you will get anywhere is to either email or write, registering a complaint over the matter. State your case clearly and concisely with relevant facts (how long you've been a customer is not relevant) and what you want to happen. They have eight weeks to rectify things to your satisfaction. If they don't then you can take it further to the communications ombudsman.
