Day 9- Presenter says could be you today winning a huge £90,000.00p. 

  3 rings, (there was a few seconds pause) gent says make me a winner. Presenter says my heart beating out of my chest, I think gent said you are joking, presenter said you kept me hanging, you’ve just won £90,000,00p.  Gent says don’t know what to say, is at work having a smoke break, is a scientist, presenter says you are too intelligent for me. Presenter asks gent about his Christmas plans, gent replied he is going back home to share Christmas with family, probably will share his (cash), don’t know what to do, presenter says to gent you are in shock, will let you go and well done 

  Friday’s amount - £100,000.00p

As long as you don't leave it too long. From the T&Cs:
The entrant will not win the Prize should they:

• fail to answer the phone at all (including if the call goes to voicemail); or

• fail to answer the phone within five rings (according to the station’s audio); or

• answer the phone beginning with any other words (including other words before the correct words, such as “Hello, winning phrase”); or

• fail to say anything at all; or

• fail to start saying the winning phrase within 5 seconds of answering the phone;

• be disconnected for any reason beyond our control;

• be inaudible for any reason.

Day 10 - 5 rings no pickup, presenter says you’re joking my heart is in my throat,  just looking at entry this person entered an hour ago. Next week I think she said huge cash to win. 
  (£100,000.00p not won today- usually Mondays amount announced on Mondays breakfast show)

They just mentioned on the breakfast show - Today's amount is £102,000.00p

I got miss call on Friday at 15:58  020 4954 7202 i hope it was just a scam call

As it was at 15:58 it cannot have been the competition, as that does not close until 16:00. The perceived wisdom seems to be that currently, with the network competition and a specific person making the calls, the call happens shortly after that, probably between 16:00 and 16:15?
