Thanks, have done that and it’s reduced the call by about 10 seconds.

They don't have to give out that information but it's run to make money so you could "ball park" a figure - say this weeks competition prize plus a small gross profit you would be looking at needing to take say £600,000  - entries are often on offer so £30 (sometimes less) can get 200 entries 600000/30 gives 20,000 x 200 = 4,000,000 entries - obviously some people pay more per entry so it would need fewer entries but there are also free entries which add  nothing to the prize - they may well want a bigger margin to cover expenses and a higher profit margin so 6,000,000 or more is quite possible.

Thanks, have done that and it’s reduced the call by about 10 seconds.

How far i know dont go lover as 10 seconds because then the call can be not counted.
