I do the occasional txt entry if the prize is a big one and they offer a 5 for 1 entry.

totaly guessing but I think back to daily after school half term iemonday 28th then onto Christmas ish

It happens to me occasionally, I'v noticed that pressing the 1 key at the appropriate time during the call, about 30s in does not end the call either. so I think it's more than just a sound fault.
