I have never looked into this comp before, but am thinking of giving it a go. I'm looking to find basic details about the comp, but this thread is sooooooo long and I don't know where to find the information I'm looking for:

1) How many free entries can I make, and is it really free, or is there a hidden charge from calling from my mobile?
2) What link/s do I use to enter?
3) Do they call at the same time of the day, or is there a common 'window' when they usually call?
4) If I use my mobile, will it lead to me getting lots of spam?
5) Is there anything else useful to know?

Suggestion:

It was hard for me to find out this information, and that would probably be the same for anyone else wanting to learn about this comp. I'm wondering whether it's time to close this thread and start a new one, with the first post providing all the useful information and a link to this thread.

To answer:

1. It's usually 42 entries per round. The number you can call is an 03 number, so if you have these included in your phone allowance, they are "free". The number of call entries normally increases if they have an offer via paid routes. 
2. All the rules for this network competition can be found here: https://planetradio.co.uk/hits-radio/make-me-a-winner/win/make-me-a-winner-terms-and-conditions/ It lists to numerous numbers you can call to enter. 
3. It's believed they call between 3:00 and around 3:15. 
4. No, it shouldn't do. 
5. Answer the phone within 5 rings and say the winning phrase and not 'Hello'.

However, a quick overview:
1) 42 entries per day, in general. Occasionally more. If you have free local calls on your phone bundle, no additional charge so effectively free.
2) Various links/phone numbers as per radio station. See comp post
3) Will call after 3pm. Generally by 3:15/3:20 but COULD be anytime before call transmitted (around 3:45)
4) Haven't noticed any phone spam
5) Call is from a Withheld/Private number and you MUST say "Make Me A Winner" as your first words on picking up the phone, within 5 rings. ANY other words mean you lose.
