Any ideas why this is happening please and how he can fix it? He's tried several of the phone numbers. 

There was a discussion about this earlier on up the thread. Although there wasn't necessarily a definitive answer I seem to recall some people managed to resolve the problem by setting their phone to make 3G calls only.

I found that 3G was the problem with silence on the call, 2G and 4G worked fine. If the phone can make calls over WiFi then that works fine also.

I do them throughout the day but had some to put through before the 3pm cut off. I have just noticed the last two days that the phone lines have stopped working at 14:55 ish. I have never had this problem previously. I have also been able to enter right up to 3pm.

I had that yesterday - if it happens again (as I'm late with my entries again today), I'll try some of the other 0330 numbers as that worked before for me, i.e. one 0330 number must have been overloaded, the others were working fine

Thanks I have done that also and all the numbers were doing the same. It's happening again now and it's only 14:08. Was working fine a moment ago

Just got back, call went to O2 answer phone after 3 rings so who ever it was must have cancelled the call.

£105,000 tomorrow and a rollover

You should be able to set it to go to answer from 5 to 30 secs in 5 sec increments (I think the default is 15 seconds for O2)
