Returned a Samsung product and still no refund

Hi all. We returned a smart watch bought direct on samsung shop over a month ago. We've still not received the refund and every time I call up I get a different explanation and an inability to put me through to a manager or the finance team who are actually dealing with the refund. They promise follow ups and don't deliver. They haven't replied to emails. I've contacted them also on twitter who push me back to the online shop. Please help, they owe us £339 and we dont know what to do anymore!

Assuming you paid with a debit or credit card, speak to your card company to see if they will act.
Failing that, sent Samsung a letter before action and threaten to take them to small claims court.1 -

Unfortunately my husband paid on his debit card and not the credit card so I'm not sure that will help, especially as the purchase itself was in December. However we will give it a go.0
