Outlook webmail - dark blue background colour of emails from just one sender - how to change?

Options
I receive regular emails from one sender, probably 4 to 5 a week.
I have recently noticed the background on these emails (only from this sender) now have a dark blue background colour, making the black text difficult to read.
How do I change this back to a white background?
I have only noticed this recently, but when looking back at old emails from them they all display with this same dark blue background - making me think I have inadvertently
changed something at my end...
This is Outlook webmail (free) on a desktop PC running Windows 10.

    They have probably sent you a HTML email and set it up like that.
    If the issue was with your setup the black/dark setup would appear on all of them.  And it doesn't, so if it only affects email from one person they're sending them like that.  Until they change their setup there's little you can do.
    Outlook on the web is very stripped compared to "proper" Outlook the email program so...
