ASICS Europe B.V

Ordered a pair of trainers on the 30th December, they were dispatched on the 8th January using UPS, they were retained in Eindhoven from the 9th till the 21st January, eventually being returned by UPS to ASICS on the 08th February. UPS advised it was because of incorrect/missing paperwork being completed for export to the U.K
Customer services phone number not live, unable to phone them and e-mail correspondence non-existent, very slow, unhelpful

It's just one of those things that's happening at the moment with goods imported in from the EU. You'll just have to use their message form or email them at consumer-UK@asics.com. I'll imagine it'll take a few days to get back to you.
  • What ASICS shoes were you buying that had to be bought from europe?

(Just curious.  They're the brand I wear).

ASICS like Nike and other brand sports shoe manufacturers have online stores that are EU based.

Sure, but they don't have a shortage of UK-based suppliers, which I think was the point.
