I regularly get the  message below when sending mails from my Apple iPad. For convenience it's set up always to send myself a blind copy but that may be irrelevant as I had no problems until a few weeks ago.  Even the Sent items folder  displays the message below.
Can anybody please help me by explaining why some mails transmit perfectly well and others don,t?

text/plain"

i,m not computer literate so simple explanations please !   In despair as I,ve lost the content of some important emails as a result.

Seems that a number of Apple users reported this after the last update in Sep/Oct 2020 but seems to have been resolved since then.

Can you check you are on the latest iOS version - I know you said you are not tech savvy so do the following steps:

    1. Go to Settings app
    2. Go to General
    3. Then "Software Update"

It will tell you whether you are up to date and whether any new updates are available. I think 14.4 should be the latest but depends on what model iPad you have so that would be useful to know.

If you are on the latest, come back here, there is another solution but wanted to keep it simple for now.
