Q2. Reading through the steps, I have proactively downloaded and printed the Small Claims Track form to fill out and return. Is it best I just get this done ASAP?
What is this 'Small Claims Track form' you mention?
If you are talking about a Directions Questionnaire, best not to file and serve that until your MCOL Claim History shows that the CCBC have sent you one.

They don't have copies of DRP letters.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks all, just the SAR questions remain;
Q3. I have now also received back my SAR from Group Nexus. They have sent me over 3x PDFs - one being the NTK and the other 2x being identical but just worded differently. However they have accidentally attached 2x of the same PDF (dated 14th May 2015) and have not sent me over a document that is referenced within the text dated (27th April 2015). Can I do anything with this info? For anyone interested their email to me was the following:Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your correspondence.
Please find attached copies of the requested documents.
Please be advised that this is not a pay and display car park.
We can confirm that your name and address details, along with details of the outstanding Charge, were passed to Debt Recovery Plus Ltd and Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd who are our Collection Agents on the 29/05/2015 and 13/12/2019 respectively for the purposes of recovering the outstanding amount on this Charge. Q4. (please note that they have not included any of these letters from the debt collectors within the SAR ... should they have?)
You are able to find more information relating to how we manage data on our Privacy Policy which is located on our website: www.groupnexus.co.uk/privacy-policy.
Yours faithfully,

3 reply and insist the missing documents are provided within 7 days or an ICO complaint will be lodged
4 coupon mad answered it , simple answer is no , drp are the data controller for drp letters to you , plus any other personal data with your name on. There is no single repository containing all your data and no reason why your PPC would have copies2 -
Update - Despite my defence they are proceeding and "PersonX" at DCB Legal has sent me their copy of the N180. I received the relevant form through from the court, filled it out per the instructions and have returned to the court (CCBCAQ). I have also replied to "PersonX" @ DCB Legal with a copy of mine - is that okay? I tried scanning the forum for a generic mail but couldn't find one.
On another note, GroupNexus never replied with the missing doc ... is the ICO complaint worth lodging? Will this help me?
Many thanks as always!1 -
If you did what I said and they failed , give them one more chance with 7 days notice
If this fails , report them to the ICO , because without any complaints nothing will happen
Yes , the MCOL provided DQ goes to the CCBC and also to the claimant
Of course they are proceeding , these companies rarely drop out at this early stage !!! You should have expected it1 -
Hi All,
Does anyone know on MCOL whether it should say "Your DQ was received" at all? As mine has been 36 hours and still nothing - I know my Defence was received and updated on the MCOL portal very quickly.
Thank you0 -
Did you get an email auto receipt from the CCBC ?
If yes , the claim history will be updated in due course to show the DQ as received and logged1 -
Just found that in my junk mails! Thank you1

Good Evening All,
Hope you are all well!
Small update - late June is my trial, currently via CVP (Cloud Video Platform) as opposed to Teams which was my preferred option. In the letter confirming my trial it also stated the following: The Claimant needs to pay the trial fee of £25 by June 2nd or it will be struck out and liable for Defendant costs - will I get notification once they have paid this?
I am also slightly confused at the wording later on in the document which states "to prepare for the hearing the parties must each provide to the court no later than 48 hours before the hearing their email and telephone contact details by email to emailaddress@justice.gov.uk no later than 7 days from the date of this order." ... so is that 2x days before my trial or shall I do this now?
Thank you0
