Best alternative to gas central heating in 3 storey house with an old boiler and microbore pipes

So, the boiler is very old and will likely need replacing soon.
Bearing in mind, the new regulations against gas boilers - I am investigating my options. I am not sure that a heat pump would work in my property as I have microbore pipes (extra small pipes) that tend to clog easily. Ideally, I would like to bypass the microbore pipes and use some form of electric heating... but the property is also tenanted so I don't think this will go down well with the current occupants. I have moved overseas so I will be selling this property soon so I also don't want to spend too much on any upgrade... any recs would be much appreciated.

If (selling this property soon) comes before (boiler will likely need replacing soon) you don't need to do anything, otherwise just replace the boiler with a new one. The regulations only apply to new builds, so are irrelevant to your property. Electric heating is insane when gas is available and heat pump technology will cost more than a replacement boiler.

Dont even think about a heatpump with microbore pipes and the existing radiators. Heatpumps require a high flow rate and radiators that are at least 50% larger than normal.
Electric heating will increase the he cost of heating the place quite considerably and unless you spend a lot of money on LOT20 storage heaters you could well find that you EPC rating drops below what is acceptable. It wont do a lot to enhance the resale vale eitherNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers1 -
On balance either fit a new gas boiler or prepare to reduce the price accordingly for the next owner to do so.
Which you choose will need to be a combination of time, cost and disruption to tenants, new boiler seems most straightforward option with least hassles all round.
Under no circumstances whatsoever entertain the notion of electric heating.
