Please could someone advise me of consumer rights and how to get a refund? I bought two boxes of Excelente diet one was just after Christmas one was about 10 days ago. I slowly started having one a day then two a day and now three a day. I started developing an allergic
reaction but didn’t attributed it immediately to the diet because I was only taking it once a day but now I’m taking it three x a day I have developed severe stomach cramps lips swelling tongue swelling rash all over the body I have spoken to my GP and I am definitely having a full allergic reaction and have been advised to stop immediately as I have to now have an Epipen in case of anaphylaxis and have to go on steroids. I Have never open the second box which I received 10 days ago. - I can’t get hold of these people their numbers don’t work can anyone advise me how I can return the unopened box and about trying to get a refund ?

I am very careful but something in this diet I am very allergic to.
