Silly question - Moved house

Hi all,
Sorry if this is a silly question - We are currenly receiving demand letters form "dept recovery" off the back of a Euro car park fine. We appealed in the first instance using your appeal letter but sadly (unsurprisingly got declined)
We chose to stand fast and wait for the onslaught of Demand letters to arrive.... as I was advised here that Euro dont tend to take things further.
Since then however we have moved.... and I want to ensure we still recevied these letters so i can just make sure they dont take it to court..... Is changing your address with the DVLA enough to ensure these demand letters are re-directed? as i understand these can be sent for over a year.....
Again probably a silly question but couldnt see an answer on here...

You must inform the PPC of the change, failure so to do could lead to a CCJ by default. Have you complained to your MP?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
Is changing your address with the DVLA enough to ensure these demand letters are re-directed?Absolutely not. The DVLA don't update PPCs, and PPCs can only obtain your details once from the DVLA.It is critical that you inform the Data Protection Office of the PPC (email details should be shown in the Privacy section of their website. Do not send to any of their general email addresses. You must inform them of your new address and require them to erase (use that word) all previous addresses held by them and to inform any of their agents holding and/or processing your personal data.ECP have started sniffing around the court scene of late, so it is essential you inform them or the risk of a court claim going to the wrong address increases.Do you have Mail redirection in place with theRoyal Mail? With a potential court claim in the wings, this would be a wise second line of defence in ensuring you don't miss an ECP communication. They have 6 years to pursue you to court. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

you should write (first class proof of posting) to the PARKING companys DATA PROTECTION OFFICER telling them of your new address and to remove all mention of your old address
debt recovery plus cannot do anything , they cannot instigate court , dont bother feeding the monkeys , just inform the head monkey at Euro car park via there DPO
PS , the DVLA , dont forget , licence AND v5 are seperate2 -
Heros - thank you!
I really hope it doesnt go to court.. I told the wife it probs wouldnt get to that point...I will start reading up on IF it does go to court I cant seeher wanting to take the stand haha!
I will get on contacting the Euro car Park Data protection officer and ensure the work erased is used ....I didnt think about the V5 either so will get on that ASAP also.
Thanks again all.
