Hi does anyone have experience of claiming vauxall emissions claims? I have been offered no win no fee around a potent claim for my car? They say I would have at last 50% of what I win?

If you have a complaint, send it in directly and keep 100%.

I dont really know much about it to be honest, its not like PPI, apparently its a class action against the company?
It popped up on my facebook, i put the reg number in and it said that i could be owed thousands?

Of course they did. The reality is that you're probably owed nothing, but you'll need to help fund the class action to even find out.

Just wait to see what compensation comes out the mugs funding the action, if any, then you can pop your own complaint in. Especially as you say don't know much about it.

It's a fishing exercise looking for gullible people to sign up. There is no loss suffered by Vauxhall drivers, just the same as VW drivers as it's based on cheating NOx tests which the UK does not measure or sell cars based on - i.e. you would not have bought a Vauxhall in the hope of getting lower NOx as you wouldn't have these figures, they are sold on CO2 / VED band and/or MPG. If you genuinely cared about NOx and that was part of your buying process, you would have bought petrol or even electric/hybrid.
