How do I Cancel Life Insurance when I can’t log in to L&G account

All sorted after a phone call, four letters and three emails.  I’m going to spend today sorting out a policy with another provider.  Thanks to everyone for their help.

You'd have been much better placed getting new cover in place before you cancelled.  What happens now if nobody else will accept you?

Hope you don't mind me asking, but did L&G advise that you couldn't cancel over the phone? I ask because my sisters policy was cancelled from a phone call and she can't recall cancelling it. It would be helpful to know their policy on this. Many thanks

Totally different scenario.   The L&G policy in this case never actually started.   You have replies on your own thread from people that work in the industry that are correct.
