Wrapped PVC windows bubbling and finish

I have paid quite a lot of money to have all the windows and doors replaced in my new home which I bought last year. We're nearing the end of the installation now and the front sash windows were recently installed. We opted for black, woodgrain effect PVC sash windows on the front of the house. The finish on the run-through horns appears to have bubbling and some defects - pictures below of three different windows. Am I being over the top, do all woodgrain effect windows have these finishing issues? Or is this a manufacturing fault which I should raise with the window installers?
The first pictures has some ice on it, but the 2nd and 3rd do not.
Thanks for any advice.
