Tesco Credit Card Application - Timed Out Message

Yesterday I started an application for a credit card with Tesco (my first one). Part way through the application, whilst reading one of the many supporting documents, my application page timed out. There was a note on the screen but unfortunately I accidentally closed the tab before reading it and couldn't recover it.
Presumably Tesco will contact me at some point to resume/delete my partial application, and I shouldn't try to start another application again until I hear from them?

The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:2 -
I would agree - give them a call to find out if you need to continue the application by phone, or start a new one online. You don't really want two hard searches if you can help it.0

Thanks, I'll call them and see if they have any record. Didn't just want to redo the application as could lead to another hard search or confusion that they think I am a spammer!0

Tesco timed out on me when I was submitting the application last year. Luckily it had must have gone through as I got a notification next day saying my card was on the way. Until then I didn't know if it had or not.
Although recently I've had the same problem with Barclaycard, timed out on application only this time it didn't go through.
I'm not sure if it's the card companies fault or if it's the state of the rubbish consumer grade broadband we have in this country. Not sure how all this driverless cars and other "AI" nonsense is going to work when they can't even get a credit card application to work properly.0
