    I would agree.  I've had this for several years now and seem to get one of these twice a year.  Like you @Neil49, I eventually got into my account - they do seem to make it hard to find - and discovered that next year's tax code had gone down significantly because they assume that the interest on savings that has gradually been going down this year, will make a miraculous recovery on 5th April and by the 6th April will be five times what it was the day before!  I have sent them a missive.
