Parking charge from private company

Hi all. I recieved a parking charge from Ukpc car parks back in December 2020. (I was 10 minutes over the time in this FREE car park, and have parked on this car park before. The limit was 2 hours when I thought it was a 3 hour limit)
the charge was £60 and had 2 weeks to pay it off. I was told off various people to ignore as private companies cannot enforce a parking charge onto you, so then weeks later got another letter it had rose to £100 and had to pay that. I ignored once again and was advised they will drop it as its too much effort on their behalf. so more weeks later I have no recieved a bailiffs letter from DCBL claiming I have to pay and they will send bailiffs to my door to collect payment if I don't correspond within the 14 day time frame. Just wondering if anyone can help as I can't afford to pay £170 for a 10 minute late exit from the car park.

It doesn't say but generally when you receive a letter of debt collectors there's a possibility that they will come. Why are you talking to me like an idiot I'm asking for advice if anyone has been in this position before...

nice pretty "as seen on tv" , then in small print not subject to bailif action
as regards a civil claim no bailif will knock on the door till after a court case they win and they can be bothered
they will NOT knock on your door3 -
they will NOT knock on the door and without a court order the claimant cannot enforce any alleged debtthe 14 days notice gives away that its a powerless debt collector letter (drivel)thousands of people get these letters every year, possibly tens of thousandsit is clear from your replies that you have not read through the NEWBIES faq sticky thread near the top of this forum, nor the DCBL group letters thread by beamerguy eitherread posts one and three in the newbies thread to see what you should have done in december, instead of listening to the fools you asked who have no idea what they are talking about, probably still dont know or understand the damage they have done to you , it is their fault you are in this pickle !!read the fourth post of that newbies thread about debt collectorsalso read the DCBL group letters thread by beamergut too, because he explains it in full, those 2 scenarios of dcb LTD and dcb LEGALyour demand is from the toothless dcb LTD debt collection team, no powers to even order a cup of coffee, never mind cannot come a knockin1
