Sofa Finance Refund

Hi all,

If this is in the wrong forum apologies. I bought a sofa from sofology in 2019 and it got delivered in October 2019.     2 sofas later as well as lockdown it was agreed in January that they would collect the sofa and refund my money due to numerous defects with the product. .  I took out finance with them over 36 months through Barclays so i had made 14 payments at the point of them collecting the sofa. Im now in the position where Barclays have had no refund from sofology yet but have had notice to cancel the agreement. Sofology are hopeless anytime i phone and tell me to speak to Barclays. Does anyone understand the correct process and how i get this resolved or who i can escalate this to?

Sofology will refund any monies paid to them by yourself e.g a deposit and Barclays will refund any payments made by yourself to them
