Who would be the regulatory body for Vetsend.co.uk?

Hi, we wondered if anyone would know who the regulatory body for www.vetsend.co.uk (online pet pharmacy, 'co.uk' web address, but based in the Netherlands) would be, or how we would find this out?   We've requested this information from 'Vetsend' itself several times, but they have refused to provide it.

What sort of regulatory body?
It is an online shop so no different from any other shop.
Don't be fooled by the 'vet' in the name. It is just a business name.
The vets who work with them will be registered in Netherlands.

About me

My name is Mara van Brussel-Broere and as from 2018, I am your vet and contact person at Vetsend. I am an accredited Dutch veterinarian and have gained considerable experience in my field of expertise since I started my career.

Experience

In 2008 I graduated as a veterinarian for companion animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents and birds) at the University of Utrecht, which is a city in the central Netherlands. After my study, I worked in a veterinary clinic for almost 7 years. At the practice I was mainly to be found in the consultation room. Outside of the veterinary practice I have been busy with passing on specific product information for veterinary medicines to veterinarians and online training for veterinarians. Dutch veterinarian register:160191.

Without more information it is difficult to give any advice.

Thanks, we thought they might have some sort of regulatory body as they're a pet pharmacy, but we'll investigate further.
