Virgin Credit Card App

The Virgin Credit Card App is dreadful. It crashes continuously, it is completely user unfriendly. If you want to check your finances & statements aits a mammoth task, every statement has to be downloaded. If you want to get an overview of your payments it is impossible. I want to check to see how many payments I have made for the past 2 years, not possible without downloading every statement. I am frustrated beyond belief, what was wrong with online access..

    I’ve had it about 8-9 months - it’s never crashed for me. I’ve always found it fairly easy to get around. I haven’t tried looking for a payment from two years ago, but the statements are quite easy to download. I can imagine you’re frustrated as you’re used to doing things a certain way, and that certain way has now been removed. I can’t say I’m unhappy with it though - although there are others that might be.

    If we have two virgin credit cards, how do we set the 'default' card that appears on screen to be one or the other. 

    When I login to app, it always comes up with my older card which I haven't used for ages. The new card is what I wanna see on logging in. I'm having to tap button on top left of screen then select new card to switch cards in order to see overview and manage new card

    Mine does the same - I don't think you have control over it at your end. Probably need to ask them if it's possible from their end.
