Moving out of flat - need removals

Hi everyone,
Bit of a strange one so if it doesn't get any traction here, I'll just delete it. I am moving out of my flat at the end of this month but need to sort removal of my items. The thing is, I am only moving two floors up but most companies quote me with loading/unloading/van hire/packaging/tape etc. but I don't need that. What I do need is some experienced people to just move everything from 1st floor to 3rd floor (including diassembling/assembling bed/sofa) and taking furniture up. Are there websites out there where I can search for people who would do this job but aren't a professional moving company, as the quotes I have include a lot of what I have said? I'm not sure where I would look.
Also, has anyone got any advice on how to get rid of things which you have held onto for a long time...people who have moved themselves and find it difficult to let go? I need some inspiration.
Thanks

In your shoes I’d just get on gumtree and get in touch with a local ‘man with a van’ service (or ask locals for a recommendation for one). I’m sure they’ll be able to quote for lugging your stuff up a couple of floors and be cheaper than a big removal company.0

Are you renting ?
Moving from one rental property to another ?
Will you be renting both properties at the same time or do you need to shift everything on the same day inside the same building ?
Do you have a couple of friends or family that can help out ?
I helped my Son and his girlfriend move from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bed house and will do the same next year when they hopefully buy a house.
Box of tools to disconnect washing machine, cooker, beds etc.0 -
local paper or local website for odd-job-man (or two) who charges a reasonable hourly rate. The only downside is professional removers will have insurance against breakages.0

It's not a standard/typical removal - so not the kind of thing you'd find offered on a website.
But if you phone or email removal companies explaining what you need, they might be happy to quote. They might send a couple of their people round without a van. (And if they're 'proper' removals companies, they'll be experienced and insured.)
You could also contact odd-job people etc, but they might be less experienced at guiding furniture over banisters and around corners - without scuffing the walls and the furniture.

Find some roadies or event staff, they’re all used to shifting stuff and could do with the work at the moment!2
