not at all unlikely, my EA has also said he'll meet me at the property with the keys.
I am currently surrounded by movers so I'll know in four or five hours.0 -
Hi @AnotherJoe : good luck and please share your experience when it is all done.0

Thanks everyone, my solicitor called me to confirm I wanted to complete, I said yes, two hours later he rang saying it was done. Heard nothing from the agent so called them, they told me to come to the house and they met me there with a box of keys and a folder that contained the instructions on everything, boiler etc. They didn't come inside, they just handed the keys to me at the door and said good luck! Have spent the last couple of day nesting and very happy5

Our seller (new build) is sending a set of keys to us Friday as soon as solicitor confirms completion.
She said all the other keys are in the flat along with welcome pack and paperwork. Hopefully completion isn't too late in the day. No chain but i just want to get in there0 -
Well if your completion day is like mine, you will sit outside the house in a hirevan for a couple of hours waiting for your Mrs who has got lost on the way2
