Hi
My mother bought a rug. Lambs wool. Arrived but colour but suitable. Asked to Return as their website suggests they've said no! We must return to China which will cost £80 rug cost £91!
They claim colour sent is correct. All rugs in sale apparently so no returns unless wrong colour. They argue they haven't sent wrong colour which theoretically they haven't but its the wrong colour for our room. Theyve offered £25 for "comfort ". How come we have to send this rug back to China when it was dispatched from UK. It doesn't seem fair. The "wool" rug weighs less than 2kg and is wrapped up like a duvet. We've contacted our bank but takes 60 days for a response. My mum is 85 years old and can't afford to lose this money they seem to have her over a barrel along with many many other customers. The trust pilot reviews are abysmal- just wished we'd looked before ordering but did so in good faith. Can anyone suggest anything?

Was it purchased from the UK? What was the website? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

You need to link to the site for a better response, but my guess is that all the relevant info is there if you dig a bit.
The problem is though it will almost definitely be a Chinese website with a .co.uk address which despatches from the UK but can't accept returns as they are just huge dispatch warehouses with no one that can process returns.0 -
Where was the mistake made - did you receive the colour you ordered? It not matching the room is a ‘you’ issue if it is actually the colour advertised; if you’ve bought off a Chinese website you’ll probably need to pay for the return.0
