I emailed ii on Wednesday using the contact us button on http://www.ii.co.uk/contact-us and I have received a an email saying not delivered quota exceeded. Have they changed email address? My email had some personal information could this information be access by someone else?

1. Use secure messaging rather than emailing directly.

2.The bounceback you received was sent to you by their email server, which means that nobody from their company has seen the message; because they're unable to receive mail into that particular mailbox.

3. All mail is stored in plain-text on the server and whoever has access to that server also has access to your emails. So if someone wanted to look at your emails they could do so without you ever knowing. That's something you will just have to accept.

That was the email I used several months ago, I didn't receive an automated message but they never replied either. I then used the form on the same page and again they did not reply. Whatever the case it didn't inspire confidence. I have helped some family members transfer several accounts now and they lost out on the business.
