Hi could any one please help ?, I ordered a toy for my son from a website I thought was genuine , but I have now emailed them 3x and have nothing in return , The item is a slide , I was wondering how I go about claiming a refund please ?, I messaged and said I would be doing this and they have ignored me , I cannot afford to loose the £50+.Any help would be much appreciated Thre seems to be a return goods section but I cant return it if I have not recieved it , they gave me an order number but no Tracking No.
