Is it safe/possible/legal to post used NIMH batteries sold on eBay?
It would be from Northern Ireland to elsewhere in the UK so presumably it be by air freight.
TIA

It doesn’t matter what is selling on eBay, they are not RM or a courier, you need to follow the posting guidelines for RM or whatever courier you use.ATC111 said:

Delivery companies will have a list of banned items, if they find your posting them they could destroy thenleaving you out of pocket. Some companies have special contracts where the courier will deliver and collect dangerous itemsthat are banned to the average user. Maybe they pay for additional insurance or have contractsworth enough for the courier to take the risk and carry the items. You can get large batteries delivered, you can get dangerous corrosive liquids delivered.Private or small time seller may struggle though.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Have a look hereRM will take some items which you must declare at the PO. They put a sticker on the packet to be sure it travels surface mail. I would imagine most post from NI travels by road and ship rahter than air in any case.
