Is anyone else experiencing trouble getting a refund from this company following cancelling due to lockdown/Covid? Initially I was told to 12 weeks wait. It’s about that now & give conflicting replies to my emails. One says no refund process until they reopen (whenever that is?) then they say most staff are furloughed so it’s taking longer. Apparently they’re on Oct bookings but looking at Trip Advisor people are currently waiting for bookings made Spring 2020. What are consumers rights in this situation? Any help appreciated, thanks.

When did you book for and why was it cancelled. It's difficult to say what your rights are without knowing what your booking was.0
