After paying all but the last installment last year for flight boozed for July, my flight was cancelled due to covid but the company kept stalling about a refund so used draw back as I had used a debit card, now the bank is saying it wants the money back and I can't get in touch with the company I purchased the flight from, any help/advice greatly appreciated

What money do the bank want back? Has your 'draw back' [chargeback] failed or been appealed by the supplier?georgejan2916 said:After paying all but the last installment last year for flight boozed for July, my flight was cancelled due to covid but the company kept stalling about a refund so used draw back as I had used a debit card, now the bank is saying it wants the money back and I can't get in touch with the company I purchased the flight from, any help/advice greatly appreciated0 -
Amount is £300+ payed in monthly instalments last year to fly with Easyjet in July, (last instalment for £57 left to pay) apparently as booking was through a 3rd party (flynowpaylater/Kiwi) the bank want money back, letter from bank quoted 'transaction in question is a money transfer through a third party, this means we are unable to disputes claim of 'goods not received' against them as the service they provide is a money transfer and this transfer was completed successfully'
totally stuck now, any advice appreciated
