British Gas

I am unable to contact British Gas who should have switched my tariff in January, when my current tarrif ended, i used ismybillfair cannot get any sense out of online chat with British Gas who advised I have to wait until my Bill in March before I can switch - not sure know if I can switch without any exit fees or who to contact easily to resolve the issue

    Had your BG tariff ended or were you within the 49 day switch window.

    Is there any outstanding debt on your account?

    If your tariff ended Jan it does take about 17 days to switch?

    BG do not switch you it is the new supplier, who is?

    Or are you switching to BG?

    Why oh Why use Is my bills fair to do something you can easily do your self and probably get a better cheaper rate?  :'(
