capitol car park patrol LIMITED has now remorfed into capitol car park patrol , on bpa site (feb listing) , no limited , no T/A just plane CCp all referance to Ltd has disapperaed from webpage 

moves in mysterious wways

there are at least 4 threads on this page and several on pepipoo , 
the company WAS Terry Szmitd T/A Capitol car park patrol , this was a sole trader (no company number) , registerd with the BPA and using the ICO number of Z1908468
however in september of 2020 he formed a limited company capitol  car park patrol LTD , ico reg ZA788821 and company number 12832321
as you can see , a sole trader can come and go , exist when he is wotrking andd claim not to exist when he wants to 
he is duel ICO reg , which masy allow the passing of data beetween TA and LTD legal 
only one entity is listed by the DVLA Capitol car park patrol  , not TA or LTD , the link provided by the bpa goes to his website , and refers to Capitol car park patrol  , with no company number , or the fact that he is sole trader shown 

all of his older NTK are non compliant , in many ways inc a stastement in POFa2012

• How to pay and to whom (this must be the person legally entitled to the money – the “Creditor”)
• The date the time the notice was issued
• How appeals and complaints can be dealt with – for parking companies who are members of the B PA.

yes as i have stated above capital carpark control does not and has never existed at companies house as a company , the request for data was made by a different entity (the T/A entity) , so we must presume that Mr terry towel has passed data to a non AOS "entity" naughty boy
