Hermes - Money Claim Online

Hermes lost a parcel of mine worth £130.
As others have found out they are virtually impossible to get hold of and are a scandalous and wicked company...!
I had to refund my ebay buyer the full amount
I issued a Letter Before Action to their CEO via email
Waited 15 days then spent £25 on action via Money Claim Online
Now the legal action has started they are paying attention and asked me to to complete a "loss" form.
I know what's going to happen - thye will refund me the £130 leaving me £25 out of pocket for the legal fees
They are such a nasty company and i am loathe to conceed anything to them
Will they still owe me £25 visa the MCOL if they part pay
Then again maybe i should counbt my losses - Hermes need putting out of business,ggrrrr!

They'll need to pay your £25 too - just threaten to keep on with the process if they refuse.
