Caravan Park Fees and Coronovirus Lockdown

The vast majority of contracts are not regulated by industry specific legislation, the CMA are not industry because the contracts are already covered by various pieces of legislation.John_Philip_Howarth said:Aylesbury Duck, so what do you recommend. Thst every caravan owner takes a solicitor with them when they buy a caravan and sign the pitch fee agreement. ? The fact that the contract is unregulated needs looking into. I have written to the Government and the Competions and Marketing Authority but they are not interested.
In reality the contracts say that the fee is for rental of the pitch on which the caravan is situated. As the caravans have been occupying the pitches they will have met their contractual obligations.
Or do you expect them to be regulated to provide more than they are required to by either the contract or the law?1 -
Sounds nice. What a pity they are so far away to travel.MACKEM99 said:please advise any caravan park where you are allowed to pay the annual pitch fees by debit or credit card.
