Trying to list a Pobjoy Mint Coin

Just tried to list a collectable coin on Ebay and after doing the listing got the message that I was breaching the 'Managed payments restrictions'. 
Sure enough, when I looked closeer it does say that coins cannot be sold if you are on managed payments. However there are dozens of listings for the same things so I just wondered why that woud be. Can it be that all those other sellers are have not gone onto mananged payments yet or is there something Im doing wrong? 
Seems odd that I cant list a collectable.

The other listings you see are from sellers who have not been registered for managed payments. Ebay has a list of items that cannot be listed under MP including coins, bullion, motor vehicles, wine, etc..

There is a change to managed payments but as coins aren’t something I sell I’m not sure about the time frames. The announcement said that coins would be allowed on MP under new rules so you might want to have a search.

I don’t know what the current percentage is of people on MP and those not yet moved across, so far only my main business account has been switched.

Thanks for the replies. My account has been moved to managed payments and looking at the info pages on Ebay it does say coins are not allowed if you are on managed payments. I didnt check before trying to list as I never thought about it being a restricted  item. I dont usually list coins, its just one that has been at the back of a drawer since my father in law died and we cleared his house.

It does say in the terms that coins are allowed on Ebay but not if you are on managed payments. I cant understand why there is a difference but it is what it is.

However at the bottom it does say this

We are working to expand the types of items allowed by sellers in managed payments, and ensure we are compliant to support them in the future.

so possibly in the future some of these restricted categories may be allowed.

I was sure I'd seen an update on that- but my brain seems to be fried at the moment so I may well have imagined it.

Oh dear!   I had better get a move on.   I have a few coin sets that I do want to sell but I was waiting to do them later once I have cleared other household stuff.    I am not on managed payment yet.
