Is anyone else having problems Logging-in?
Everytime I need to access the Account, I have the same problems:
1, can't Log-in
2. a wait on the telephone to speak with someone to get in sorted. The wait is 30 minutes or more
It is an absolute pain. We are a small charitable group.

Few times I've done co-op online banking it's been fine although I don't use it much now, can you not try and use the app it's improved over time and you can do quite a few things on it now?0
