It will be scanned onto the system, then put in the work Queue to be worked along with the rest.I'm not disputing what is the quickest way to request a chargeback.My post didn't recommend writing to her bank as the first action.If you read my post it says "IF your bank asks you to put your request for a chargeback in writing...".I was giving the OP a way forward just in case she was fobbed off by her bank over the phone.ETA:From another thread it appears that TSB are one financial institution that don't do this simple chargeback over the phone.
