Is that the only photo they've given? I can't see anyone leaving the site unless they allege those two body-less legs are those of the driver. Leg Identity Parade coming up!
Have you checked their website to see if they have any other photos? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.#Private Parking Firms - Killing the High Street1 -
As above. See if they have more photos.
Have you tried googling the site? Never know, google street view may show signs...1 -
Have you complained yo your MP?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Nothing visible on Google Street View. There was one other image of a figure next to the car which I saw when I did the first appeal through their online system but I don't have a copy of it.0

Send them a SAR and require all images they have of the alleged driver allegedly leaving the site2

Even if the driver did leave the site, so what. If their brand new £500 Montechristi Panama was blown off site, would they not retrieve it?. How about going to the aid of a man run over by a bus?.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

was there a site map shown on the signage , was the site clearly marked , did the pub premises have tape (like you would see on a police crime scene) running around its parimiter to warn people they were stepping over the boundry ?
think not , move along Parking Control Solutions.1 -
the picture does not look like an ANPR (AUTOMATIC) photo , more like one by a person operating from a bedroom window why should an AUTOMATIC camera that is set up to capture entry and exit at site enterance be poiting at a specific parking bay ,
I wonder if this person was a rather bored and skint landlord suplimenting his goverment pay out
I seem to recall that the BPA stated that companies had not to work by this method1
