Good Club online company overcharged and ignoring attempts asking for redress.

I know it is a small amount - £8.19, but still. After countless attempts by email, I put a post on their Facebook page asking again for item to resolve it but they have quickly removed it.

On 05/01/21 a withdrawal was made from my bank account saying Good Club London GB £48.52 then 07.01/21 Good Club Wembley GB £6.34. I cannot understand the second entry. However, the invoice for that order was for £46.67.
Another annoying thing is that they started to use returnable plastic boxes which you were supposed to leave outside for Hermes to pick up. They did not come and I had to trail it around to a pick up point or be charged for it. I emailed them everyday about that and spoke to someone who made pointless comments.
Has anyone else had problems with this company that supplies food and household products?
