                    Hi All,
I've a Coventry Regular Saver maturing with £6k in it. The new Regular Saver is at 1.3% and this seems the best on offer, is there anything I might be missing?

1.3% is the best on offer from Coventry BS; other providers still had slightly better rates earlier today. You may or may not be eligible for these. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6106986/regular-savings-accounts-the-best-currently-available-list1

Unfortunatelt this is all I can find, 1.3% - a sign of very lean times.0

A full list here - Coventry is probably the best bet for a nationally available regular saver.

But if you download the Virgin homebuyer coach app - and use it - you may get access to a 1.75% fixed rate regular saver for £250 a month.
There are a few locals only/existing members ones like this one from Saffron - which you may qualify for depending on where you live etc

Interesting that Lloyds have an RS at 1.5%, however, it requires the saver to be a member.Rich2808 said:A full list here - Coventry is probably the best bet for a nationally available regular saver.

I just worry my portfolio is a little Premium Bonds heavy at the moment and once Regular Savers start to mature this will only increase.0

Sorry to be clear that 1.5% Lloyds regular saver requires you to have a club Lloyds current account - not to be an existing member as such like the Saffron BS one does. You would of course have to apply for said current account and have a credit check and pay in £1600 a month to the current account to avoid a £3 monthly fee - so its a bit of a pfaff if all you want is a regular saver paying £12 extra a year interest on £400 a month (say over the 1% RS others offer). It does come with other benefits such as 6 free cinema tickets or annual magazine subs - so up to you.Cptralls said:
