Never received £75 amazon voucher for Vodafone deal

Hi folks, can anyone help with advice on how to claim the £75 amazon voucher that was promised as part of a broadband deal with Vodafone 2020? The deal was selected via the MSE site and vouchers should have been received early Nov 2020 after the required number of days passed but they’ve never appeared. I’ve contacted Vodafone who advise the voucher is not coming from them and have provided an email address for the third party. I emailed them a few times but am yet to receive a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
