Help please

Hi, thank u for reading this, please be kind in the comments. (Mentally unstable right now tbh) so I am in third year of Iva and I have applied for a loan to cover the Iva. Now the property belongs to my husband who bought it before marriage and everything concerning that is in his name, I am trying to prove that it never should have been on the Iva as an asset in the first place. Also, I have previously been stated as working two jobs (1 main 1 side) due to furlough I left my main job and my side job became my main job (providing care) and I picked up an agency care assistant position to fill the void of my side job. In November they asked if I could help do more work with COVID-19  and as the gov website states that care workers with overtime are currently excluded from 10.4 in the 2014 Iva standard.  I had a phone call today to ‘semi interrogate’ me on the additional income I had received working with the agency. She was somewhat aggressive and I was extremely uncomfortable.  She was stating that they do not class agency work as overtime but that it is all salary (which is not good for me). I tried to explain to her that it cannot be salary as I am not guaranteed ANYTHING. She argued that it is not overtime.  They then sent me an email, requesting proof of this information on the government site.  The whole thing just left me in pieces. I had a panic attack after the call, have barely slept /ate, cried.  I am afraid.

Couldn’t read and run; you could ask to speak to someone else, if this happens again, you can request not to speak with same person again. Perhaps that might make them re think their ways toward you. It could be the person on the phone is feeling as stressed and uncomfortable as you are or in the wrong profession/wrong area of the organisation. Try not to let this get to u, they will just be doing a job, dark times sent to try us all one way or another, tomorrow another day x
