Any experience with querying markers on Closed Accounts

Evening all,
I am looking to get a mortgage so have gone through my credit reports in some detail. I had three defaults (all with TSB) in 2017 all of which I settled in full in September 2018. I have my credit reports from Equifax, Experian and Transunion and they all differ:
Unsecured Loan Default:

• Equifax - Settled/Closed September 2018
• Experian - Default until August 2018, then unknown status until Feb 2020, March 2020 marked as default.
• Transunion -Default until August 2018, then unknown status until Jan 2020, Feb 2020 marked as satisfied. 

Overdraft Default:

• Equifax - Settled/Closed September 2018
• Experian - Default until July 2018, then unknown status until Jan 2020, Feb 2020 marked as satisfied
• Transunion -Default until August 2018, then unknown status until Jan 2020, Feb 2020 marked as partially settled. 

Credit Card Default:

• Equifax - Settled/Closed September 2018
• Experian - Default until September 2018, then unknown status until July 2020
• Transunion - Settled/Closed September 2018

Anyone any idea why they all vary so much when same lender and same settlement date, and how to rectify as obviously worried it doesn't accurately reflect my situation and will be difficult to explain on any potential mortgage application!
