Car insurance Accident Management Companies no longer regulated!

After a 12 week wait after logging my complaint with an accident Management company after a car accident,  I forwarded the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service 5 month ago.
This week, they have told me that they no longer have the jurisdictions to help, as Accident Management Companies no longer are in their remit. 
I spoke to the AMC (Kindertons) and theyve confirmed they are no longer regulated for complaints. 
For one I'm staggered that they are no longer regulated and secondly I want to know now where I can go with my complaint.  

Any help would be extremely appreciated

Are you sure? I'm being told that there is now no ombudsman at all

From the poor level of service to incorrect costing of my claim which I had to prove to them
