Firstly thanks to everyone who read / Helped and advised.
Have a update. All details were Checked out by Edna from CAB.
Filled in form on line for ACAS yesterday with her help.
Hours works over 52 weeks total 1825.2 hrs
Average 35.1 hours
X 4.2 is 147.42 hours is £1478.62
They have paid it as £1080 with no breakdown of how they get that figure.
If they had based it wrongly on the last 12 weeks. Even that should have been 130.2 hrs
Edna says that the nearest she can get to amount of £1080 is divided by hourly rate of pay / Is £1080.03 / and at that they have paid 107.68 hrs . No where near the entitlement of 1482.62 hrs
Under payment claim of £398.62 gone in.2
