Export duty %

Options
Hello
I don't know if anyone can help. I am an import clerk and even I am stumped.
I use trade tariff to find out the import duty costs. However a customer is asking us what the export duty will be to the Republic of Ireland.
It's for ceramics from Turkey, code 6911900000, so we won't be paying duty, but I cannot figure if it would be 0% or 12% export. There is nothing very clear that I can find for export duty rates.
Does anyone understand the export side please? I was looking on the Northern Ireland Tariff but don't know if this is correct?
Many thanks
Anna

Where does Northern Ireland come into play? Republic of Ireland is a totally separate country.

Export duties are paid by the exporter so presuming you're paying a third party in Turkey for the goods their prices should included any export duties due (export duties are very rare these days and are in theory only used to ensure domestic demand for the product can be met if local production is cheap). According to Santander (the bank) Turkey has no export duties... wouldnt warrant their accuracy though.

On trade tariff it's called the Northern Ireland EU Tariff (basically the tariff that was paid before Brexit, now it's been split into two).

We are getting the goods into us from Turkey which we won't pay duty on but our EU customers will for any that we ship back out. NI tariff relates to good that's might go into free movement within the EU. I am just struggling to find out what % our EU customers will pay as part of our agreement with a specific customer may mean that we pay it for them.
    Does that make more sense?
    Many thanks
