Cavity wall insulation

Sorry this may be long.
So cavity wall insulation was completed in 2009 by a company who has gone bust oct 2020. We have gone through ciga who have been and identified mass areas of no insulation and we have been getting bad damp, mould which has spread in the 2 rooms mainly.

Ciga will over refill the cavity wall and not repair internal damages is there anything we cna do regarding this?  We have been here around 18m and noticed issues as soon as we moved in.

Thank you for reading

    What damage has occurred?

Damp areas can be left to dry out, mould can be cleaned off, the surfaces prepared and repainted if needed. It may be as simple as that.
