TSB - OTP process

I'm trying to log in - provide correct password and items from security and it moves to OTP process.  Select my landline, phone rings - nothing, about to give up and phone rings again, this time receive code, enter code - fails.  This has happened 3 times (ie empty call followed by one with code but not able to access account).  I can't use my mobile at the moment for OTPs.

Anyone else getting similar problem?

Had an online payment fail around an hour ago. Strange message basically saying try again later.

Not very impressed.

Yes I have had this OTP problem.  Discovered quite by chance this peculiar workaround....  firstly don't answer the call, and it will just ring once or twice and no more.    Give it about a minute then dial 1571 to retrieve the message.  This has worked for me - it might work for you, depending on your telephone set up.

I don't have the 1571 service with BT but this morning let the phone ring for longer before picking it up.  I then waited for the recording to start (quite a delay, which is why I had given up before).  This time the code worked and I had to confirm that the device I was using (and had been using for over a year) was to be trusted.
I'll try again later in the week and update this thread if it is difficult again.
