Thinking of switiching from British Gas to Eon
Hi, as it is getting closer to the end of the contract year which is end
of March, I was thinking to switch to Eon as they seems to have better
tariffs for the next year. Any tips or experience on Eon as a new
supplier? And any idea when exactly would be the best date to switch,
should it be now we are in Feb, or at the end of March in order to avoid
the exit fee? Haven't done this before so not sure. Thanks for help.

Why EON?? Have you compared your actual annual usage here:
Compare Gas & Electricity Prices - Citizens Advice Energy Comparison
or here:
Compare Gas and Electricity suppliers - Which? Switch
Use actual yearly usage from a bill 12 months ago. Not pounds or number of bedrooms etc.
Understand you can switch within 49 days of current tariff ending here: Energy firms STILL wrongly telling those with fixes ending they face exit fees to switch (moneysavingexpert.com)
